Orange recycling will buy your old and wrecked vehicles. Vehicles that are 2004 and newer require a title to be scrapped. For any vehicles that are older then this without a title require that you fill out a Vehicle Depository Form. This form can be downloaded below before you bring it to be scrapped. This form states that you are the owner to the vehicle and that all liens have been satisfied.
